Standard Playdium Card - The first Playcard when Playdium Mississauga switched over to the new Playcard system using BLINKi's around 1998.

Playscape is a mini Playdium, generally located in malls. They used the same Playcard system, however the value was not transferable between Playdium & Playscape.

This card was the original member card when Playdium Mississauga launched their new Playcard system using the new BLINKis in 1998.
Promo Playcards

For the GameCube Launch, Nintendo set up a large inflatable GameCube with several systems for people to try out. Each week a new Nintendo Playcard was handed out, along with a flat cardboard GameCube, that when you opened it up, there was a promo mini disc inside to put into your computer to learn more.

Other - Kool-Aid Birthday Card - Blue
Handed out in the Birthday Party Treat Bags! The kids would then bring the card back on their next visit (it would then get a hole punched though the $5 free play) and they would get $5 of free play put onto the Playcard. These Playcards came in 4 different colours.

Discount - Club 63 North Corporate VIP Discount Card
Discount Card (Not a Playcard) - Given to members of “Club 63 North” in Alberta. Granted the owner of the card special discounts (up to 50%). Primarily for Playdium Edmonton, however valid at Burnaby and Mississauga.

Discount Card (Not a Playcard) - Granted the owner of the card special discounts (up to 50%).Valid for 2001.Two versions of the card were made, one with Playdium, the second with “Playdium Entertainment Corporation” on the front.

Discount Card (Not a Playcard) - Given to kids in the Edmonton Minor Hockey Association. Gave them 15 min of free play each month, along with 25% discount on card purchases. Expired September 2004.
